She is a 8 mo old female that was spayed Friday. I picked her up that night & her left eye would barely open and it watered. I took her back to the vet Saturday & he said it was probably the sauve he used in her eyes before spaying her. But today her left eye looks weak and her left ear is drooped on that same side. She rubs that eye & ear like it is bothering her. She also tilts her head and twitches what ear. Is something wrong? I hate to take her back to the vet she has been through enough the past couple days. Please help
